John Connor, Personal Trainer
John is one of the Directors and Co-Founder of the Irish Strength Institute and is based in our Artane gym. He has been involved in the fitness industry for 15 years and is currently involved with the pro-team at SBG Ireland which includes current & former MMA & UFC fighters Conor McGregor, Cathal Pendred, Artem Lobov, Aisling Daly and Paddy Holohan.
Eoin Lacey, Sport Nutritionist
Eoin Lacey is co- founder and Director of ISI. He and John Connor opened the first ISI in 2004. Eoin’s passion in this industry has lead him into teaching. He stays up to date with the evolving world of health and fitness and passes that knowledge onto his staff and clients.
Stephen Ward, Personal Trainer
Stephen has been working in the health industry since 1998, he has worked and managed in some of the top facilities all over the world. He is one of the directors and trainers here at the ISI, based in our Leeson Street facility. Stephen has a large corporate clientele and focuses on the health and wellness of all his clients.
